Hello, I've rededicated myself to doing Hip Hop Abs. So far, I've been good for six weeks and counting. I figure I'll go through the 90 days for Level I. I also have HHA Level II. I did try Level 2 and found it to be more intense than Level I; Shaun T literally works your butt off! You're drenched when you're done. It's well worth the effort; when I'm ready. Just so I'll stick with my programs faithfully, I think it's wiser for me to stay with Level I. People always try jumping in over their heads and wind up quitting. I want it to come naturally. My first goal is to stay with Level I, faithfully for 90-days and then graduate to Level II.
