I watched the how to "bring it" dvd but I have a question. Tony said to either follow the classic version, doubles,or lean version at first and then classic and then doubles. But since Im new to this program,I was wondering if I could mix it up? Like for week 1 ,classic. For week 2,doubles. And then for week 3,lean,followed by the recovery phase. I would appreciate if somebody could answer this for me emoticon

Hi Will!

Sorry it took so long for anybody to respond! I would suggest you start and stick to one routine.

Each routine is created to give you max results. They incorporate resistance, cardio and flexibility throught the entire program in a way that you will get results as long as you stick to the program. So there's no need to switch routines every week.

Once you finish the entire 90 days of a routine you can move on to a different routine like Doubles.

I would suggest you start with the Classic routine unless you feel that it would be too hard for you or if you have had any injuries and you're trying to ease your way into it. If that's the case you can go with the Lean routine. And by the way, just because it's called Lean it doesn't mean that it's easy. It's still going to be hard, but it replaces Plyo with Cardio X and it adds Core Synergistics to your weekly routine.

I hope this helps! BTW, I have a thread that it's all about P90X. If you want you can swing by and post any questions you have there or you can come and talk to us about your workout. Here's the link to the thread, P90X Team!. We would love to see you there!

Take care!
