I am in Week 5 Day 1 of T25. I felt T25 need some extra spicy to have the best result at least for me. I am testing myself some crazy Insane stuff.
Adding Insanity.
What ?
Insanity and T25 simultaneously.
If It is not over training or my body tell me not then I will stop Insanity but keep up T25.
Let me see how much I can push myself.
T25 as a warm up then Insanity !
It is hard + time consuming! +.......
But let me try and see!
I will keep post my daily report! Finger cross!!!

Here is my Day 3 Stats.
It is the Hardest workout I had ever done but Doable!!!!!
20 mins break in between T25 and Insanity.(If anybody wants to do I recomend take break what you need. Don't hurt yourself )

Sounds like a good idea. I will be receiving my T25 next week and I was thinking about doing that in the morning, and start working on Insanity at Night!!

Just start new round of Double Dip Hybrid (Insanity and T25) Yesterday. I do T25 and Insanity back2back in between 20-30 mins break.

It was Great I had lost lot of fat.
Start @ 237 lbs
Now I am 195 lbs

I made my own Schedule let me know if you need.
I do both Insanity and T25 back2back, but take 20-30 mins break in between.
It is Double Dip Hybrid (Insanity and T25). It is hard but doable and you can see the result.

I created a 30 Day T25 Insanity hybrid a few weeks ago. Just started it on Monday with a bunch of other ladies on my team. Thought I'd share the calendar on here as well in case anyone's interested in giving it a whirl! I'm an Insanity girl at heart but loved T25 as well, so hopefully this is a good mix of 'em both!!

I did first round of Insanity and T25(Double Dip Hybrid) and
lost 42 lbs. I learned a lot from it, now I have better and more
effective Hybrid program I am doing. Today is Day 3 and it is going Well.
Like I say it is hard but doable.

Keep in mind everyone's body is different and it act different.

Rule No 1) Do your best but don't hurt yourself over doing it.
Rule No 2) It is hard but doable.(90% Mental & 10% Physical).


In my schedule I didn't have day off but keep in mind you need rest.

So what you do mean?
Take day off and rest, When you feel based on the need of your body.

Hey Carmeisha! I'm on Day 3 and absolutely looooving it so far! Felt awesome to whip out Insanity Power & Resistance this morning! As much as I loathe Power Jumps, it was super fun to do that routine again. I hear you on the "small results" with T25, I've been the same way. Just wrapped up Gamma about a week ago and find I didn't lose much weight with the program. So I'm hpoing that adding Insanity back into the mix will help kick things into high gear again! Absolutely love Shaun T and both these programs, so I'm smilin'!!

Don't be too scared of the double days. You can modify the schedule as you see fit, to accommodate your time and such. I'm just a bit of a freak like that. I've done an Insanity, Asylum, P90X, and P90X2 hybrid schedule that included the likes of doing MAX Interval Circuit and Asylum Strength back to back! LOL! 1hr45mins of pure craziness right there! Haha! I've attached that calendar below, just in case you ever feel uber crazy...!!

Today is Day 16 of my Double Dip Hybrid (Insanity and T25 back2back Hybrid). It is good but hard And Doable Workout. I am going to post detail result soon.
If you love to challange try Double Dip Hybrid.

I am starting my 3rd week and this schedule is tougher than I thought. I was so sore last week lol love the challenge and hope to see results soon. This is a good hybrid so far and its nice to switch up the different styles of workouts

I am doing great with this Hybrid, I called it Double Dip Hybrid.
Regarding Rest Day Here is what I do .
I don't schedule rest day, When I feel I need to rest that is my rest day.
Don't over do it Listen your body.
Keep in mind When you feel you need to rest take a rest.
I am gaining strength so much I can't believe.
My weight loss is 9 lbs since I start and now it is flat,but good news is that I am seeing muscles and my beer belly is shrinking(LOL)
Today is my Day 26 of my 70 day Double dip Hybrid.
I will post detail soon.
Today I did Abs Interval (T25) and Speed 1.0(T25)
Here is my Heart rate Monitor chart
I burn 574 Cal doing it.

I will be doing Shock & Awa Hybrid (Back2Back T25 & P90x3, 30 mins break in between), Hopefully By June 14 2014 I will be ready to finish Tough Mudder Race
