John Daly has over 25,000 followers on Twitter. This morning he tweeted that P90X doesn't work and directed people to a blog. In case you don't know who John Daly is, he just finished a six month suspension by the PGA: "John Daly smashed one tee shot off the top of a beer can during a pro-am. At another tournament, he returned from a rain delay with Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach Jon Gruden as his caddie. And his most memorable photo this year came in an orange jail suit, eyes half-closed.

Daly said Wednesday that such unwelcome publicity is why the PGA Tour suspended him for six months.

The two-time major champion confirmed his suspension to The Associated Press, calling this the low point of an 18-year career during which he has made as much news off the course as he has with his prodigious game.

'Is it fair that I got suspended?" he said. "It's not fair in reality, but it's probably fair in perception.'

This is the second time the tour has suspended Daly, along with at least two other times when he agreed to sit out the final few months of a season to get his life in order.

He has not played on the PGA Tour since he missed the cut Oct. 17 in Las Vegas. Ten days later, police in Winston-Salem, N.C., said he appeared intoxicated outside a Hooters restaurant, and Daly was taken to jail to sleep it off. That led to his photo in the orange jail suit, which became an Internet sensation."

In the blog that John Daly sent his followers to in order to find out why P90X doesn't work, it says about Tony Horton, "Mr Horton would be in about the same shape- and possibly even better- if he were to perform a typical Pop Warner Football Cheerleader workout".

Anyone with a waistline as expanded as John Daly's doesn't get much credit in my book when it comes to diet and fitness. Also, dropping weight by using surgery doesn't necessarily qualify someone to speak on behalf of a program like P90X, which he's probably much too lazy and/or intimidated to do!

Off to crush a beer can on my head in honor of the PGA's drunk uncle.

I don't know...Golf is a very physically demanding sport...I mean you ride around in a cart, walk ALL the way up to the tee, hit it with a light club, and then have to walk ALL the way to where it landed, and do it all over again. Let's not forget having to lift a heavy beer can to your mouth while in the cart. I mean, clearly, it's exhausting and his waistline is so huge because he's just THAT muscular. He's obviously hardcore.

But seriously, he's dumb and just needs attention.
