Linda: Saw you in WOWY doing your fit test. I tried to get up and do it with you but I got up at 3AM when hubby left and didn't go back to sleep right away! I opened my eyes at 8AM and thought of you and Insanity. LOL
Saw you did Kenpo after the fit test...how did that go? I did Yoga Flex after the fit test just to unwind.

Karen: How did your fit test go? I had trouble with my laptop as it kept popping out the dvd in the middle of it so I had to go into the living room and push play out there.
I did my fit test today because I knew tomorrow I wouldn't be able to fit it in the morning so Tuesday will be Plyometric Cardio Circuit as day 2, right?
Or are we jumping into it tomorrow?
My fit test went better than I expected but I have issues. LOL.

I watched it last night before going to bed and it intimidated me all night! I awoke and thought.."oh boy, here I go!"
My heart was racing just from the warm up then....
Switch Kicks-I did well on these but my legs were not as high as theirs
Power Jacks-I like these...we do at the gym
Power Knees-What's up with only doing one leg?? So next time if I do the other leg, it won't be fair....I don't think I could do 94 with my left leg. My left butt cheek was on fire when done though...I liked that!
Power Jumps-Don't like these-did not match what they did here.
Globe Jumps-These were fun, felt like a frog!
Suicide Jumps-I like these..we do these at the gym and they ROCK for getting your heart rate up!
Push up Jacks-These looked intimidating but were easier than they look yet I did not match what they were doing on these.
Low Plank Oblique-I like these but I like them better in a more slow controlled move. But then that wouldn't be INSANE, would it?
LOL
Overall it was great but needed something more so did the Ten Minute Trainer Yoga Flex to unwind!
