well im almost done my p90x transformation, just finishing up week12 right now and
im pretty eager to get some new pics up for every one to check out.
also I have decided im going onto volume 1 of Tony hortons one on one workouts

Great results! You can definitely see some changes even though you started out in great shape. Most of us are hoping to end where you started....What is your new workout?

yea I was in alright shape before but I was also a smoker and drank a bit so that never really helps the way you feel haha anyways my new work out is this and it is really pushing me im loving it!

using vol.1 of 1on1 and p90x I put together this 12 week workout.
Weeks 1-3
Monday: Just Arms/ Ab Ripper
Tuesday: Cardio/ Yoga
Wednesday: P90 Warrior/ Ab Ripper
Thursday: Yoga
Friday: Shoulders and Arms/ Ab Ripper
Saturday: Kenpo/ Yoga
Sunday: Rest or X Stretch (or die)

Week 4
Monday: Back and Biceps/ Ab Ripper
Tuesday: Kenpo/ Yoga
Wednesday: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps/ Ab Ripper
Thursday: X Stretch / Yoga
Friday: Legs & Back/ Ab Ripper
Saturday: Yoga X
Sunday: Rest or X Stretch (or die)

Weeks 5-7
Monday: Just Arms/ Ab Ripper
Tuesday: Plyo legs / Yoga

I am not sure what workout 30/15 massacre is and I am not sure I want to. I have never seen any of the p90 workouts. I did buy the Fountain of Youth Yoga (One on One w/ Tony Horton) and I like that much better due to time constraints. My abs are finally getting ripped but it has taken some time. I am on week 8 of P90x round 2. I did see a youtube video by a guy (slimcolin) that shows the Ab Core X routine from P90X+. There is a lot of ab work using the chin up bar. I think that will be very effective. It may be just what I need for my third round. Thanks for sharing your new workout. I will have to plan something like that for myself. Again, congrats on the incredible results!

Haha yea I am also dredding the 30/15 massacre, its just "simple" push and pull 30 reps for pushups and 15 reps for pull ups over and over and over again haha but again thanks and also dont for get that the lower abs are the hardest to get so dont get discouraged because they may already be ripped under a layer of fat in my opinion the fastest way to get a toned lower ab section is diet that makes the biggest difference along with regular workouts.
