still struggling with Kenpo

I am in week 6 of P90X and I am still struggling with Kenpo. I feel really awkward doing a lot of the moves. I can't seem to get my arms and legs to co-ordinate well. Any advice?

One thing to keep in mind is that it isn't about looking sexy while doing the moves, it's about working out.
If some one were to tell me that even though kenpo X totally wears them out, they think they are doing it wrong, i would say to keep doing it wrong because the point is to give you a good cardio workout.
If you really want to perfect your moves, you can try slowing each move down until you feel you have mastered this, but I wouldn't do it during your workout unless it wears you out.

Well... for the first time... I felt a lot more comfortable doing Kenpo. Woot! I do like the workout b/c it goes so fast.
