struggling to increase reps with Ab Ripper X
Hey everyone - I am just starting phase 3 of P90X. I am feeling great and getting into great shape. I am struggling with increasing the amount of reps on ABX. I am stuck with getting above 15/set. My abs at 15 are on fire (sometimes with fifer scissors I get to 10 and have to rest to get to 15). Am I doing something wrong? Why am I not able to do more reps this far into the program?
