I have recently purchased P90x to do with my husband. But I need to find the motivation to start. I am the biggest I have ever been & anything but happy with my body image, please help me find the motivation to help me feel & look better.

I am starting up tomorrow, the second time through. Just get it done, get up early, stay up an extra hour. Whatever you need to do. The first week is the toughest, but by week 3 you'll be hooked. First 90 days I went from 235 to 200 pounds. This time, I am gunning for 180 by Christmas. So Bring It!

That is just amazing. I would love to lose 35lbs!! Congratulations!! Did you use any of the P90 products (i.e. recovery drink, bars)? Also did you do the videos in order or just randomly? I hope you will keep reminding me that it is worth it in the end. Also did you follow the diet plan?

I really dont plan a certain time to do my p90x during the day. I just know that between waking up and going to bed it HAS to get done. Im with you. I really do not like the way I look. My wife thinks im perfect but I wanna feel good about myself ya know. The best advice I could give you is just suck it up because anything worth having is not easy. So take the hard right rather than the easy left. And as far as the diet goes.... diet is 90% of the workout. You sculpt you body in the kitchen. Cook in bulk at the beginning of the week. Grill a bunch of chicken and you have lunch all week. You gotta do the diet though... it is a MUST. I just finished week 1 and ive lost 3 pounds already and feel amazing. Its hard.. but you can do it!! Just push play and Tony will do the rest for ya! Good Luck!!

I did, and will do the diet plan. I am actually because of a knee issue, I am starting Monday. I just follow the classic routine in the book. The diet plan I am actually starting tomorrow a day or two in advance, just to brake bad habits. I have a Mountain Dew problem. All sodas really. As of tomorrow morning, water. I don't do the recovery drinks and protein bars from p90x. It's water and protein bars I buy at the store. never figured out which is cheaper. At the moment income and money are issues in this economy.
