I have been following your thread and I think you are doing great. I have lost so much weight because I have a ton of weight to lose. I bet your percentages of weight loss are as good as mine and don’t forget that women lose a lot more in the end and guys lose a lot in the beginning. I truly believe that if you keep to the diet program and keep pushing play that in the 90 days you are going to be right where you want to be. Thanks for the encouragement on my thread…it helps. Curious how much weight you lost and how soon into the program. I'm in my 3rd week and although I see progress in my stamina and muscles I have not lost a lb =( I been trying to follow the nutrition plan but it can be quite difficult eating every 2-3 hrs. I'm doing my best with eating high protein, veges, fruits, protein shakes and bars, etc. Any tips?
