I started P90 on September 20th. I will give a little background on me later. I want to get may stats and pics up ASAP before I chicken. I could have done better with my eating!!I did not loose a single pound, but I did loose 7 inches emoticon. Previous to starting P90, I lost about 60lbs with the help of Medifast. Now I just need to reshape my body.

Yeah...soooo. I just finished Sweat 3/4 and man is it a killer. My goal for the next 30 days is to do at least 15 reps of the abs. My abs are my weakest. I actually like the more upbeat temp. It does not allow for my mind to wonder. Now for lunch. I am thinking roast beef sandwich and an apple.

Thank you for your kindness....but i know I have much work to do. Again, I know I could do better with my diet. I was thinking of using Changing Shape. Is anyone else using this plan?

Just completed day 1 of the second week of 3/4. I have to say that I feel much stronger. I was able to keep my arms going through the entire knees up seg.

I restarted my sparkpeople account yesterday. I WILL see some changes in this 30 days.

Know one seem to be following my thread...but that's ok. Still pushing play everyday. I have been taking the slimming formula for about a week now. No big changes yet. Yesterday I was informed that I won $1000 from the MDBG. WoHO!!emoticon

I'm on my 3rd week and already kinda feel frusratated. So.. hopefully I'll find some friends and encouragement from the boards!

Anyway.. keep it up cuz I do see improvements! I guess we are always are worst critics. emoticona

I have been following your thread and I think you are doing great. I have lost so much weight because I have a ton of weight to lose. I bet your percentages of weight loss are as good as mine and don’t forget that women lose a lot more in the end and guys lose a lot in the beginning. I truly believe that if you keep to the diet program and keep pushing play that in the 90 days you are going to be right where you want to be. Thanks for the encouragement on my thread…it helps. Curious how much weight you lost and how soon into the program. I'm in my 3rd week and although I see progress in my stamina and muscles I have not lost a lb =( I been trying to follow the nutrition plan but it can be quite difficult eating every 2-3 hrs. I'm doing my best with eating high protein, veges, fruits, protein shakes and bars, etc. Any tips?

I started at 324 and I am down to 278 and am on day 63 0r 64....lol. not sure right now. It was a long weekend. I eat clean most of the time and I am in a group "the coaching cafe, support for your diet and fitness journey. It is a good thread that runs 2 week compitions to see who can eat in the first two tiers of Michi's Ladder. I post all my meals there if you are interested. Nanabme and you should check it out. I also posted my 60 day phots on my thread "Toms power 90 trip" in the power 90 section. Congrats on winning again Nanabme! that is awesome! Talk to ya later, Tom

Thanks guys for checking in. I will be posting 60 day results soon. I need to get it done. Did Scult today. I do feel stronger. I up'ed my weights for some of the arm moves. Ok so I have lost about 3 lbs so far. I did lay off of Sweat for about a week and opted for the treadmill instead. I hope I do not regret it.
