Hey guys here is the thread and accountability board for our 90 day Fitness Challenge to help keep people motivated and on track over the rough holiday season when we struggle with all the extra goodies around. Come in here every day after your workout and sign into your accountability as follows:

In red please emoticon For example= Accountability- Nov 1st P90X Legs and Back Put that at the top of your post and then after that feel free to discuss whatever you like, get to know people, inspire people, help one another out...whatever. We are a TEAM here! This will be awesome!!

On your REST DAY, you can simply sign in with REST DAY

By doing the above guys you will help Chris organize our Chart with everyones names on it showing that each one of us worked out for that day. So please make sure to sign in after each workout! Thanks!

Its a way to begin a GREAT habit and keeping yourself held accountable to a great group of people! You will love it!

There are no rules guys on what program you use and how you use it! In fact if you don't do a beachbody program thats ok too!! As long as you do something at least 5 to 6 days a week through this challenge we want you here!! This is about getting healthy and fit together and I want you to do whatever you are comfortable doing throughout this! Also there will be some great prizes at the end of all of this!! So PLEASE take your before photos, measurements, and notes at the beginning and end of every month. NO NEED to share with everybody if you aren't comfortable! Thats fine! THIS IS FOR YOU! So you can see how far you are coming! Because at the end of the challenge everyone will get the opp to write a story that will be consider for a chance to become our challenge winner! We will have one female and one male winner! So track your results and write in a journal about how all of this goes for you! There is nothing better than being able to share with the world a wonderful weight loss story and talk about your success!! You will be able to help others just by doing so! So track everything!!!

Thursday night Fit Club! Again just another way to help you stay on track. Every thursday night from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m MST Jen Mangum will be hosting a fit club call!! There will be guest speakers, advice...and so much more! So make sure to call 1-712-775-7200 access code = 207376#

Hi Everyone,


My name is Chris Bush and I'm here to help Jen, (she is awesome and an unbelievable inspiration!!!) with her 90 Day Fitness Challenge.

Here is a little bit about myself:

I started my fitness journey a few years ago. When I first started, I did what everyone else did, I hit the gym hard. I had some immediate results, but I hit the proverbial plateau quickly. I stayed in that rut for some time. Then I found Beachbody and P90X, which changed everything. Overall, I have lost 50 lbs. and almost 27% body fat. My diet is clean and I feel great. I am always looking for new and exciting ways to challenge myself so after going through and completing numerous Beachbody workouts, including "Insanity", I though it would be awesome to participate, motivate and have fun with the 90 Day Fitness Challenge!

So join us for this new and exciting ride…let’s make this a place where others will be inspired to change their lives…

OK, as Jen has mentioned, we will be using an "Accountability Chart" to track our progress through this challenge. The Accountability Chart servers two main purposes: (1) - it will keep you on track, so you know exactly where you are at all times with your program; (2) - It will keep you motivated...I can tell you from experience, no one likes to see an empty box next to there name through out each rotation. It serves as a self-motivation tool...hard to explain, but you will all get it once it starts emoticon

To post photos:

Try to keep the resolution down to 72dpi (dots per inch) that's the max the web can display and it will help you keep your file sizes down.

On your post, select "Attach Files" and "Browse" to where your photo is located. Once you have selected a location, select "Save" and you should see your phot in your post.

ACCOUNTABILITY: 11/2: Rev Abs: Total Strength + Mercy Abs

This was a great first workout in this series for me and challenge level just right; overall time was 1 hour and for the last while it would normally take me 2 hrs to workup the sweat that I did this morning! My fighters food (recovery drink) never tasted so good! emoticon

I'm about to workout to ChaLean Extreme. Will be back later with more. This is going to be "FUN."

Accountability: Nov 2, ChaLean Extreme: Burn 1 and Zumba class tonight.


I'm back to update my information. I'm Sandra Runnels (RockyJ is my BB screen name). I will be 54 on December 31st. I have been married for 30 years.

From age 35 until I found Beachbody in April 2007, were some of the hardest years of my life- health wise. I was born with asthma and at age 35 it kicked me flat on my face. I have always been a fighter, but for some reason me and my doctors could not get a handle on it. I took allergy shots for about 15 years. Then one day my back and left hip start to bother me just a little, but over time the pain got so bad, it made doing anything a chore. My doctor sent me to physical therapy for about 3 months. Up until my asthma reappeared I had always worked out. So one day I saw a P90X infomercial, I ordered it and the rest is (as the say) history. In the 90 days it took to complete the program, my lung fuction increased from about 70% to 113%, I was taken off most of my meds, stoped the shots and now I feel like a MILLION BUCK! Working out is a great way to manage pain and that is my motivation to PUSH PLAY. I'm still not were I want to be weight wise, I'm still a work in progress.

Thanks Jen, Chris and Tracy, this challenge is going to be awesome!!!

I love Beachbody and all my friends and buddies. A special shout out to the man who started my Beachbody journey: TONY HORTON!

Accountability: Nov. 2: RevAbs - Power Intervals, HHA - Hips, Buns & Thighs, HHA - Last Minute Abs.

Jen & Chris - count me in!

I'm in my final week of P90X. So, count me starting this week as well. Next Sunday, I begin Rev Abs.

For a little accountability:

Current program: P90X (week 13)

At my 60 day measurement of P90X, I've lost 9%body fat (went from 26% to 17%), dropped three pounds, and four inches - in JUST 60 days. Saturday, November 7 is my final day with P90X. I will post photos and stats, and utilize them as a starting point for Rev Abs.
