Hey Team,

WANNA GET WASHBOARD ABS?!
REV ABS caught my attention,and if it did yours come on in and lets keep each other motivated!!!There is one thing I know for certain and that is the saying

"ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN" is so true!!


Just a bit about me:

I fell in LOVE with Beachbody as I tackled my first love p90x May of 08.I have done a couple rounds of x,hip hop abs, primal (x and P90x+) Chalean and now REVABS!

This thread is NOT just for REVABS anyone of any age/sex/program is welcome!! I just want this to be about going for it and everybody's "it" is going to be different.

I am so excited to see what we are all capable of!!

What's in the stuffed peppers? is that tuna? and what's in the other one (only assuming that tuna is yes to my first question!)) emoticon Sure am glad you FINALLY started a thread! I miss these boards and all my old BB friends. Gotta get back at posting everyday and keeping up with peeps.

Hi Deanne,

Love the 'Thread' and pics.
What a great motivational tool for someone like me who's new to BB since 9/09. Maybe in a year from now MY abs will look close to yours!emoticon

I'm loving Chalean Extreme so far. I'm in week 4 of the push circuit and seeing good results so far.
I'm already thinking about who or what program I'll be doing next.

I can't wait to read what others have to say.

Goooood morning!! i sure am enjoying sleeping an extra 15 with Chad in DC for school!
now its time for some breakfast.

Debbie thanks for stopping by,and do not be a stranger!! the peppers were ground turkey,red inca Quinoa,brown rice,brocolli and a little sauce mixed in(I have also used salsa)
I boil the peppers for about 5 min first before i stuff with the cooked ingredients.so dang yummy are you back to the x?

Jennifer GIIIRL shut up! you are doing awesome with Chalean!! one year? bah youll be there sooner I have no doubt.Keep your focus, come and post for accountability, and lets rock this thing!!and feel free when your comfortable to post some pics emoticon I too loved Chalean she really focus on the lower half which has been my focus.The great thing about BB is all the programs are awesome theres a fit for everyone ...of coarse they have all fit me so far lovem all.Also Chad is the pickiest eater and he eats the peppers I may switch out the green for a sweeter version red and add more sauce and some grated parm on top,pick a fav speg sauce or whatever your fam likes! try it and let me know.

Deanne, you go girl!! I love your new thread. Whats that in your oatmeal, it that cranberries? The peppers look great to, yummy! Ok, so I always want to try new programs, the RevAbs really intriques me, I am striving for the washboard abs like yours! What do you think about the lower body work in this program? I still have that troubled upper thigh area, and jiggle booty?

Christal hey girl!!

I have previewed some and was pleasantly surprised how it does work in the legs(front squats etc) have to get used to his er um personality but Im openminded so im sure ill be MORE focused on tearing it up than him anyway.He also has one person in this red zone room that goes full out crazy face and all im sure that will be a charge.ill try to preview more asap.
Plus you know I have also worked too hard to let the muscle gains Ive made in my lower half be for naught!! Chalean I KNOW is great lower work.Jennifer is doing Chalean and has had great results thus far...

oh the oatmeal has fresh cranberries, blueberries,ground flax but that is just todays version lol

so Im finishing up Chalean wow that lean phase is awesome I reached in way deep for the get extreme 3 my bootie and delts dont really like me about now!the only thing that would have made it better would be if I had that sexy metallic tank Chaleans wearing ;)

who else dug deep?? where do you tear it up?? Im definitely in love with the feeling I get when Im done and i gave it my everything...

The eating season is on our heals lets keep it tight and bring it!!

Just finished doing Chalean Extreme push circuit,week 4, Burn intervals and Extreme abs work out. I'm giving all I can. Extreme abs are a work out for me. I just might try and do those 2-3 times a week instead of once a week. Day 60 is coming up, Nov 10th. I have 3 more wo to do before moving onto the Lean Phase. Can't wait!emoticon I'll be posting new pics for ya Deanne!

Was at doctors today. Got good news on one test done. No cancer! They decided to take x-rays of chest to see if they can find out what as been ailing me now for over 2 months and will be going back on monday for more stuff. Just would like to get rid of cough and sinus stuff and start feeling normal again. So I can give a full 100%. I came down with this right around the same time I start BB with Chalean and you. Because of this I know I can give more. Each week I'm going heavier and more reps....

I'm thinking of what program to do after Chalean. I was thinking p90 but I've heard that it is more for beginners and since I'm doing Chalean I should go more toward the P90X. I don't really like the idea of committing to 6 days a week. I like the shorter wo's better. Under an hour seem to work best for me.
What do you think?

Jennifer first and foremost wow I didnt even know you thought it was THAT serious YIKES!!So good news for sure.Well i hope they figure something out so you can be up and running full throttle!! Amazing and it just goes to show how great these programs are that you arent even going at full out capacity and having really nice results,way to push through ...you must really want it! I think p90x would be a good fit.You are in the groove of things,have built up a nice base and the x is something that you can build upon,I couldnt even do all the ab exercises or a pullup etc but you modify and build upon that.For these reasons thats why youll see people(myself included) doing multiple rounds,not to mention you love yoga and yogax will be your favorite wo.

You get to the point where your sick and tired of being sick and tired! why does it seem EVERYONE else is able to do it and not me...when that feeling sets deep in your being then its your turn and you want it,want to feel what it is that others are feeling that keeps them going.I know my mom had finally had that feeling matter a fact it was one of our last conversations...I finally want it for me she said...well too late but team it doesnt have to be too late for us!!!THis is a LIFESTYLE not a fad not a whim this is REAL!! DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN THE # get caught up in the NOW!!!! Dont stand by and watch others succeed and live the dream JOIN them,JOIN ME!!!k enough soapbox

heres breakfast not a big bread eater even if it is 100% ww but today it sounded good.

Deanne, I had yoga today, you know how I LOVE it, it felt so great to stretch, it was exactly what I needed, though, to be honest, the hardest part was getting out of bed.

With the holidays coming I am totally on spot, if I stay focused, I should be able to be exactly where I want to be by the first of the year. I am on it! I also think RevAbs is in my near future.

Hey Deanne! I just found out that you have your own thread...LOVE the name!
Anyhow, I have been working out pretty steady, but nutrition has not been as clean as I would like, last night my husband says "Why do you work so hard then eat that"? OMG...
He is right, so today is a new day.
I think that I have been using food as a crutch, had some bad stuff happen in my family and also may not feel as though I really deserve the body that I have been working for, after all this time I still see myself as the fat chick...

Anyhow, I love that you are still going strong and that you are totally committed to your fitness. I also know how supportive you have been for me in the past, seems like there was a moment when you were more helpful to me than I was to myself...long story, but I am looking for a new coach, and I am tagging you, I think that you can help me get to a new level.

Christal pulling yourself out of bed before even the birds ae up is such dedication i know you say you do it to be selfish but girl Id say thats commitment!!I honestly dont know if i could drag my butt up at that hour.the thing about diets/nutrition is being real let changes happen and before you know it it is habit...you ARE on an eating roll and there is no stopping you now! The tighter you keep it now the Holidays wont be a free for all ;)

Licia you get the first brought tears to my eyes post.Thank you, ya know what I just get a cross between a "charge" and self satisfaction helping others,Im not a kickem when there down or a oh good your life sucks crap too kinda girl...my energy FEEDS off other happy successful people so the more in the world the better,and heck success is measured differently for everyone.I hear you on the eating Im sure thats why I went through an eating disorder for many years...had to find something to control.Just remember a saying I really really try to honor DONT OWN IT (well unless its your personal problem then girl give yourself a swift kick in the @$$,and move on!! listen to your hubby because you know that what hes saying to you Im SURE is things youve said yourself and he sees you repeating a pattern that he knows you dont want.Thats FANTASTIC he is supporting you...now run with it!! and I know it takes time to let go of the 'fat girl' you are seeing but Licia from day one till now gosh be proud. My challenge to you is everyday I want you to find something you like/love about yourself notice it and tell yourself what you would if you were saying to a friend.We are what we believe. See yourself the way you hope to look feel it own it and girl call me anytime...message me for # anytime!!
