Turbo Jam: Fat Blaster Workout Plan ....
I recently got this Turbo Jam® packages

Here is what I have:

I am just wondering if someone could provide me a workout plan with this routines. I couldn't find the plan anywhere in the website.

Did you ever find a schedule? I ordered the vidoes too and can't find a schedule either. I like to follow a schedule better than trying to figure one out every week.

I found an Advanced Rip You Up Rotation on several websites using pretty much all TJ DVDs
