Well this is me from the beginning to day 30. I know I have not gained a lot as of yet but I am expecting to do this in the next Phases. So let me know what you think is it working?

I can tell you lost weight. Definitely more definition in the stomach area. Good work keep it up. I just finished day 60 last week now its starting to feel tedious to do the workouts but I know I will finish. Stay strong when you get to day 60!

Thanks for leaving a comment. I have to say that it was really hard at the beginning as my whole body was sore from day 1. But as time went on it got easier to do but I have done it like clock work everyday. I am fixing to go into Phase 2 so I am going to increase my weights as I want to build a little bulk now in the chest area but I am going to just do my best and forget the rest. And Thanks again.

Well yesterday I finished another session of LEGS and BACk, I noticed that I completed more reps. Which is good I am just not really noticing anything changing but I guess it will happen one day. I have been doing this for 42 days now and I really enjoy doing it every night as it lets me relax a little in the evenings. I have read were people get very little results for a while then they see a difference. I guess looking at myself everyday I do not notice these results.

I have a question if someone can answer it for me. During the AB RIPPER X workout when I get to certain exercises with TONY my lower back starts to get tight and I have to stop is this normal or do I just need to make these muscles stronger. And is there a exercise that I can do to make these stronger or over time they will get stronger. I can do about 9 PHIFER Scissors before it tightens up then I relax and I go again until it does it again. I can feel my body getting better as I do more of the exercises with out stopping now. But I just wanted to know about the lower back part during the workoout. But I will keep on doing my best and forgetting the rest.. Thanks for listening...

Hi Eddie, you can definitely see the difference in the pictures. I just started round 2 (I did Lean first) and got good results with round 1. I know some of the exercises are difficult but just build on it each time. Do what you can and then set a goal to do more the next time. Legs killed me, but it did get easier. Even ARX will become easier and you will start seeing results by the end of your first round. Just keep pushing play and don't get discouraged.

Thanks Jerry I understand what you are saying and I will keep the faith and keep pushing play. I really enjoy the workouts and I tell people all about it all the time. I just sometimes do not see the changes I guess but I am going to take new pics next week and then look at them and see what has changed this is the best way to see it and when you see the changes it gives you motivation to continue. I am trying but I know I will get to where I want to be.
I have tried many workouts and never got results but from this series of workouts I have seen it and I want to finish it to see what it will do. So I will keep pushing play and thanks for the motivation Jerry. I also was losing weight from the beginning I lost a 1 pound a week and now I have gained 1 pound from last week so maybe I am gaining in the muscle department hope so...

That's the attitude to have Eddie. Also, here are my front photos of before and after the Lean Phase. Believe it or not, since starting the Classic Phase, I am actually seeing some stomach muscles developing and the triceps are starting to get hard. I went from 235 to 208 with the Lean Phase. I take it you're doing Lean? Are you watching your diet as well?

Well Jerry actually I am doing Classic. And I am trying to watch the diet I am not doing the diet word for word but I have changed the way I eat alot.

I just finished last night one of my favorite workouts KENPO X. I absolutely love this workout it is so good for me. I enjoy everything about it the pace and the stuff you do. The hardest thing is the stretching at the begining but I am doing more of those also. Well Monday is day 45 and I plan on taking some photos to compare to the first day and day thirty. I hope to see some change.

Your photos are amazing as you look like a different person. You can definately see the change. So keep up the good work you probably feel amazing.

I have started to do more weight in Phase 2 with the excersises to increase the muscle building. I can see a difference a little bit but I figure a little at a time... But keep up the good work... I will post the pictures when I take them...
