Tomorrow I start week 4 of P90X! I love this program. It really is a great work. I am fairly fit, but really want to lose about 10-15 pounds and tone UP! So far, so good. I haven't really noticed any weight loss, but my body fat seems to be shifting to the middle

The good news: my arms and legs are getting more definition.
Although the weight loss is not happening where I want it and as fast as I want, I am hanging in there! I also have to give a shout out to my P90X cohort, Carl, who meets me every morning in our garage to workout! Having a workout buddy really makes a big difference!
