It's Day 1 and I did the Start it up. It took a great deal of motivation for me to even get started, but I feel good now that I did the work out. I took my before pics and will have to upload them once I can find where I packed my cord for my camera. Boy I wasn't expecting my heart rate to get up so quickly. I'm super excited to finally be giving this a good effort. I've been watching what I eat the last few weeks but know that that is not enough to get me where I need to be. Besides I need those happy endorphins! Tomorrow I'm going to attempt the Ramp it up, not sure if I'll be able to do so well but gonna give it a shot.

I myself at times find it hard to get started, but once you are in the zone.. Its just a matter of keeping up, and going all the way.
I did the start it up for 3 days before I attempted the Ramp it up.. As I was so sore for the first 3 days...
I am not on my second week of the program and feel great...
