Starting Insanity 11/22 --> 5 Month Calendar w/ CEX
Hey Everyone! Im looking for people to join me, support me, and help me stay motivated. Im 24, 130, 5 2. Ive been doing Turbo Jam off and on for the last 4 years and have done some CEX just not following the calendar, and have attemped Insanity once before and failed. But now it is time to really keep my butt in to gear. My goal is to tone up and lose the mini tire, be fit & active, and look good in a bikini. I have also just purchased some fun looking dance workouts to mix in my routine. I thought I would share my calendar with all of you in case you were interested in joining me or just to help me stay accountable.

Hi Megs, I love the way you structured your workouts. I have just finished week 4 of INSANITY and will start my recovery week on Monday. I can tell you that you will definitely shrink in the waist. My most noticeable change is in my mid section right below my bra area (to be exact).

I can check in to your thread and see how things are going. Are you starting tomorrow? Did you program all of your workouts into wowy yet? I did that for my program and I'm scheduled to complete INSANITY on Dec. 27.

Hey Peaches! Thanks for stopping in =) I cant wait to see results, I am hoping to notice them mostly in my waist! I havent put my workouts in wowy, I just use wowy when I accomplish a workout (since I live in Canada). How was the first month for you?

Day 1 is now in the books. I just did the fit test and added cardio abs. Here are my day 1 stats

You will definitely see results in your waist. I had taken my fit test in July and will take another one soon to compare my stats. My first month went pretty well. I'm glad I used WOWY to keep my accountable. I have a hard time remaining consistent so this really helped me stay focused.

Im about to start day 2 and OMG my legs are killing me from yesterday so I hope I can make it through this workout. I have a few things to keep me accountable. I made a motivation board with a calendar of my workouts in my workout room, my day planner have 2 different kind of calendar so one of them I use as a workout planner. I use WOWY to record my workouts, I have one of the girls at work keeping me accountable and if I do my 5 months straight without any excuses I get a prize and then I have my boyfriend. Have you been keeping track of your measurements?
