Alright, so what you're saying is as I move on with p90x, As my weights begin to get Lighter, I should move on to harder weights, I suppose that's right?
And Is bulk Being Fat-Musculare?
And Lean being Like Tony Horton Muscular? Lmao.
Okay, I lied earlier, I will jump in.
I assume when you say weights begin to get lighter, you mean begin to feel lighter? Yes, in weight lifting, progressive resistance is the key, so you should always be trying to slowly increase the amount of weight you use.
In terms of the bulk and lean thing. There's no such thing as fat muscle. Muscle is muscle and fat is fat. Muscle is lean living tissue, and has no fat.
The way the terms bulk and lean are used around here, basically bulk means you're trying to build large muscles, where as "lean" means muscular, but not large muscles.
You said, "And Lean being Like Tony Horton Muscular?" I think this applies more to the acutal meaning of the term "lean", as in low body fat. If you want to look like Tony Horton, don't go for the "lean" (12-15 reps) look. You want to bulk up, and have low body fat (strict diet). Tony always tops out at 8 reps in videos.
And to BBadvicestaff, in reference to my comments in the other thread. I think this thread is a good example of what I was talking about regarding people getting the wrong impression of how the terms bulk and lean are used in the videos.
