I know that I've been posting alot of threads on this section of Messsage boards, this will be my last thread, as it will be answered.
This is my diet, that I've composed for Phase 1 (Fat Shredder) For the first 30 days Please Skim through it, I'm pretty sure that EVERYONES diet consists of 3 Meals and 2 snacks, if my Diet is wrong in its order of eating, please tell me.
(Eating 5-6 Meals per day)BREAKFEST 7:40 AM1/3 cup of Protein Powder = 100 Calories.
6 - Eggs whites
3 oz- Ham Slices
1 Medium Banana
8 oz Skim milk
8 oz Skim milk
One Protein shake with banana, blended together with Skim Milk and Eggs White scrambled with chopped Ham Slices LUNCH AT SCHOOL 11:00 AM3 oz - Boneless, Skinless, Chicken.
3 oz - Boneless, Skinless, Chicken.
Cooked, One Cup of Brocoli and Mushroom. (One Serving, Right?)
1-1/2 oz Mozzarella, Part-skimed, Cheese
Chicken poached with rosemary and lemon juice (Poaching is using the stove and the Saucepan right?), Along with the chicken comes along cooked Brocoli with mushroom and a fair amount of Part-Skimmed Cheese EATING WHEN GETTING BACK FROM SCHOOL 3:00 PM V8 Juice Low Sodium (2 Servings worth)
1 Cup of Lentils, ( Obviously a soup, with water Only)
3 oz_Red meat, Lean
3 oz_Red meat, Lean
1 Cup of Asparagus and Pepers, cooked.
1 Tbsp of Olive oil
3 oz Tofu
1 cup of Grapes
8 oz Yogurt Nonfat plain.
A Nice soup of Lentils, along with a plate of Meat with Asparagus and pepers, Spiced porperly covered with Olive oil, along with Tofu. Then A Nice Blended Fruit Yugort for Desert.. Can I have a desert at this meal?20 Mins after eating my third Meal I would be doing P90X.
Recovery Drink
SNACK TIME..? 6:00 PM1 Tbsp_Peanut Butter with Celery Sticks.
1 oz_ Turkey Jerky.. LOL..
2ND SNACK TIME... 9:00 PM4_oz Soyanuts
Sleep at 11:20 PM

End of Day.

It took me a long time to calculate all of this, It is all calculated PROPERLY, All the portions are there, I'm just asking the way I'm eating these foods, Is it right? and Where would I fit in my protein Bar? And if Some of the Selections are repeated twice, such as the 8 oz Skimmed milk in my breakfest selection, that means Im taking in 16oz when you add it up of course
Once again, I've calculated everything and It does add up to 9 Protein servings,etc, etc, and All the servings of the rest of the food groups are there in the diet.
