As TH would say, just do your best and forget the rest. Remember, ARX is designed to push even elite atheletes, so not being able to do it all, especially in the beginning, is hardly surprising. Do what you can, take a break for a few reps, and do a few more. Next time. Try to add 1 more rep before the break. By the end, you will crank out the full reps
Also, in the beginning I found it easier to take my shoes off. reduced a few lbs of weight and helped me until I could do it fully.
