Days to Skip Recovery Drink

Hey guys, I'm almost finished with phase one of P90x and have a question so I'm prepared to bring it harder next phase.

I read there are workouts that don't really require recovery drink afterward like X Stretch and Yoga but wasn't sure if its true. Today is Kenpo X and not sure if I should have recovery drink afterward.

So basically What days should I consider skipping out on the recovery drink?
Also for the recovery week coming up, should I drink the recovery drink after those workouts?



PS. For the recovery week, do i still do AB Ripper X that week?

Kevin, congrats on getting to phase II. I didn't drink the recovery drink only on Yoga and Stretch days. Other days I did. Kenpo X can be pretty tough or easy, it's all about what you bring to it. I say push yourself, then drink that orangey dreamsicle like concoction. I love the taste of it now.

I didn't do Ab Ripper X during the recovery week. It wasn't on the calendar (if I remember right), so I took that week off.

Yeah I didn't see AB ripper X listed on the Calender so I'm assuming your not supposed to do it.
I see Kenpo X on the calender for recovery week, so I'll just push myself the extra mile on have the recovery drink. Yoga is on there twice, but I'll skip the drink on those days.

What about core synergistics?

I drank it on Core Syn days. Those could be tough, especially that multi-press-lunge-curl thing (forgot what it's actually called).
