So I just had a delicious breakfast and wanted to let you all know. I know that most of you have probably tried the same thing, but for those that haven't...
1/2 TB Olive Oil in pan
1/2 Tomatoe cut in thin circles placed in the pan first
1/2 Cup of green peppers toasted in with the tomatoes and sprinkle some pepper on it and let cook until soft
3 Egg Whites
1.5 oz turkey breast
Mike the Egg Whites w/ the Turkey Breast and season as desired. Place on top of vegetables and let sit until cooked.
DELICIOUS

1 Protein
.5 Fat
1 Vegetable
