What if I don't like cottage cheese or yogurt?
Hello everyone!

Tomorrow, I'll be just starting out, with the Turbo Jam, Turbo Slim 10-day Kick Start. I'm really motivated and excited and I really want to follow the 10-day meal plan. However, everyday there seems to be a meal or snack that contains either cottage cheese or yogurt. The problem is, I don't like either one of them. Can anyone give me a choice of food that I can replace them with?

I would just replace it with a food you do like that is around the same amount of calories. I'm guessing it's around 90-100 calories. If you don't change the plan to fit you then chances are you won't stick with it.

I also can't stomach cottage cheese..instant gag reflex. Maybe eat part skim string cheese instead?
