I recently purchased Insanity and am wondering if I should have started with something for beginners? I do attend bootcamp twice a week, but am also 60 lbs overweight... so is there something I should have started with before the Insanity? I have completed 3 days of the Insanity and wow...I just want to lose weight and be in great shape for my two boys.

Any advice would be great..
