I don't think you should go lower than 1800. Because you're body fat is already fairly low, I'd recommend level 2.
If you feel good throughout the workout, why do you think you might be in starvation?
That's what I'm saying! Like I feel great and at the end i'm beat but i recover within 15mins so that means i'm eating enough right. Today is day eight and I haven't lost any weight in the first week....but I don't have much to lose/it's the first week/muscle>fat so I'm a keeeeeeep on trucking.
