Hi Beachbody!! I'm NeeNee. I have been using beachbody products since 2003 and have lost 30lbs in the past. I recently had my first child and put on a lot of unwanted fat and am ready to return to my pre pregnancy size. I would love to have a few support buddys to help me through my journey. Lately I would start a program and within a few days I would quit but this time I'm giving it my all. I want and will have a beahbody for summer 2010!

Today was my first day doing HHA and I did great! It was fun and right at my pace. Now all I have to work on is my eating. I usually eat a lot of sweets so I'm trying to eat more fruits and veggies. My key to success it taking it one step at a time.

Hi!!! I'm on day 57 of P90 but recently received a HHA kit. I'm contemplating doing the tapes on some days when I feel as though I need just a little more oomph. I was going to use it as a follow-up program, but after doing a round of SI6, TMT, TJ, and now P90, my endurance has really picked up.

So, while I'm not officially doing HHA as a stand-alone program, do you mind if I post my experiences here? I won't be offended one bit if you'd rather I didn't.

Either way, I totally believe in the BB products (obviously) and if you're committed, you will see results. emoticon I just started SI6 back in May and have gone from a size 12/14 to a solid size 4. I was doing all sorts of things before I picked up a copy of Slim in 6. I've stopped and started programs several times in the past, but this time, I was committed, stuck to it, and saw amazing results.

I have four children so am far from those 6 pack abs. When I first started losing weight, I weighed 200 pounds and now down to 135. After all that weight and four babies, it'll be a miracle if I can get any kind of definition in my abs.

I also homeschool and considering using the HHA program as our PE, since the first program is only 30 minutes and the children think it's just dancing. It'll also be a fun way to interact. I'm thinking of doing the beginners schedule with the young'ns as I finish up P90 and after I take my rest week, move on to the Advanced schedule of HHA.

Funny enough, my family called me that when I was a child and my goddaughter calls me that now! =)

I started HHA last week and I love it. I recently gained 20 pounds and I am hoping to lose that plus 10-20 pounds more. My first goal is to just lose the 20 pounds I gained. I am working on eating healthier. I definitely have the motivation. Working out with HHA is great because I can do it in the privacy of my own home... I hate going to the gym. I definitely would like a workout buddy so we can stay motivated!!

Hi Hi MamaLiz, I would love for you to post! Congrads on doing a great job with BB. I'm aiming for similar results. I'm currently at 236 and want to get down to 150. I have Si6 too but I'm on beginners status right now and find HHA to be easier for me. I plan to do one month at level one and the following month at level two and then move on to S16. Debbie really workout you out and I'm not really for her yet. My hardest struggle is with eating healthy. I love sweets and I have to cut back. So now I'm just taking this one step at a time. Hi Anitra, NeeNee is a common name, my niece nick named me that my real is Najat! I would like to be your workout buddy. I usually workout between 7 -8:30am. Today was my second day and I really worked up a sweat. I like doing HHA, its fun and doesn't feel like exercise. Eating healthy is a challenge for me because I love to eat, but I don't like the extra pounds that comes with it so I'm working on eating right. I'm recording everything I eat to keep me conscious of the calories. Good luck ttys!

NeeNee, you got the idea tracking your food! That's exactly how to do it. There are some weeks when I think I really don't need to track it, but as soon as I stop tracking, the weight creeps back on.

You said you'd just had a baby. Are you nursing your little one? That can make a difference in weight loss attempts. Some people (such as myself) find it difficult to lose weight while breastfeeding. It has come off, but it's been very, very slow. My body's first job is to be the source of nutrition for my baby, so it doesn't really care that I want the fat off NOW. LOL Of course, it's worth it though. emoticon

What's hleped me the most is eating healthy foods, tracking those foods, and consistent exercise. emoticon

Hey Mamaliz yes I am nursing and I was on mirain for a few months. I think I gained around 10-15 on that so I had it removed. I'm an emotional eater so tracking my eating and journaling my feelings helps. I'm good with exercising when I put my mind too and HHA is fun. This morning my 10 year old niece did abs scuplt with me and we had a blast. Have a great thanksgiving!

When I really go for it my whole body feels the burn so I just it all depends on your intensty!

Well week 1 down and nowI moving on to week 2. I feel good and I'm ready to push play!! This week I'm planning on doing a lot better with my diet now that turkey day is over. I'm going to plan my meals ahead and eat lots of fruits and veggies. Good luck everyone ttys

Week 2 starting today!!! I am having a blast doing HHA with my P90! It's so much fun!

I lost .8 pounds this week and I'm happy about that, especially with all the Thanksgiving food I ate! Whew!!!

Looking forward to finishing up Week 2 of this program.

Do you have follow up plans to this program? Or do you plan to do the Advanced round of HHA? I'll be finishing up P90 at the same time as this round of HHA and will take a week off and then do the Advanced round of HHA.

Yes I plan to move right on to the advanced round. Thats great the you saw results this week. I actually gainned a pound emoticon But that just makes me want to work even harder. Tmw I start my two a day workouts so now that I will be burning more calories the results should follow. I have to take one step at a time and stay focus and I know I will see the results I been waiting for! Ttys

That's right!!!! Doubles start tomorrow. emoticon Woohoo!!!!!

Don't worry, you will lose it gradually. Also, if you're still nursing, remember that at least 5 pounds of your weight is going to breastfeeding (have I mentioned that I'm a Nutritionist?). Now that's only if you're exclusively breastfeeding. You could be carrying around an entire pound of milk at any given time. Please, please, please don't stress out about the scale. I know that's easier said than done because I used to stress out over it too. It took forever for the scale to move. It was only when I quit killing myself, started eating well and finding an activity that I loved that the scale started moving. But I'm also in a smaller size than I was before, even though I still haven't lost all the "pregnancy weight" (and my baby will be 11 1/2 months old in a couple of days) and yet I'm in a size 4. My pre-preg size was an 8.

The rules are different for nursing Mamas.

Thanks for the info. I try to tell myself to focus more on how my clothes fit that the number on the scale bc that's a better measure. I am EBF and I didn't know that the milk adds pounds too. My main problem is eating right. I usually start the day doing well and mid day I get off track. I'm a funny eater and I like eating common high calorie foods. Do u have any suggestions to help me deal with my mid day cravings and with wholesome filling foods?

I think the trick to eating best around that time of day is to make sure you've eaten well that morning. Stay ahead of hunger and make sure you're getting rest. It takes a lot of energy to put together the perfect food for our little ones, so be sure you're taking care of yourself.

I've done a lot of reading on breastmilk and it's some impressive stuff.

Thanks I find that when I don't eat breakfast I over eat the rest of the day so I'm learning that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I did FBC today and really worked up a sweat. Shaun makes me want to work hard emoticon

Did my Ab Sculpt today, as well as Sweat 3-4. It sure makes a difference doing AS with the gloves! Wow!
