Hey everyone,

Just starting my 6th week of P90X today...and loving every minute of it! I do have a few questions though...

I'm a bigger-framed guy: 5'10, 230lbs (when I started). I'm now down to 218, depending on the day (216 at my lowest).

My upper body is becoming more toned, muscles are tighter and midsection is shrinking...a little bit, anyway!

I'm on Level 3 nutrition. I've tried very hard to take in 3,000 calories/day, but I find it very hard. I sometimes feel that I'm overeating when I try to get there. My daily average calorie intake is about 2,349 calories over the past 36 days. I'm eating really well...everything off of the nutrition list and very little cheating ;)

So, I guess my basic question is...am I eating enough?! And, if I took more calories in, would I see more weight loss?

I'm happy with the 10-12 pounds I've lost thus far, but since starting Phase 2 of the workouts, I've noticed some day to day weight fluctuations...

Everything is going great and I want the weight and fat loss to continue! Thanks in advance for the help!

Great work!

Fluctuation are completely normal. Most people can go up/down 5 pounds. If you're losing weight and feeling good, you've found a calorie count that works. Eventually, you'll want to up it, but if it ain't broke for now, don't fix it.
