I am 18 years old and I am doing P90X. I am currently on my first week of recovery week. I have missed days in the past and was wondering if this would hurt my progress or hurt my ending results.I am also going to attempt Doubles after my first week of recovery week is over and thought maybe this would help the days I have missed. The days I have missed are:

Week 1: Yoga
Week 2: Legs and Back, Kenpo, Stretch
Week 3: Kenpo and Stretch
Week 4: Kenpo and Stretch

You can't really double up in the second phase to make up for first phase missed workouts. You won't be getting the kind of bonus benefit you're looking for. Also, given you're having a hard time doing all the stuff you're supposed to do with classic, I can't imagine adding extra workout will be any more do-able for you.

I think your best bet is to focus on classic and try to get all the workouts in this phase.
