rotissery chicken
rotissery chicken

So as a 17 year old in college my choices of food aren't exactly.. extensive? Yeah that probably makes sense maybe. But one thing i really enjoy are rotissery chickens, or whatever they are called, the premade chickens from the store. I peel the skin off and just eat the chicken, no condiments, it has a lot of salt but that seems to be the only thing that stands out, and since i workout in an extremely hot room i usually sweat buckets and by the time i'm done it looks like i got rained on.
So is it okay if i continue eating these or should i try to stop?
Also if bbadvicestaff (or anyone else with a good knowledge o shakeology) looks at this post i put up a post on shakeology if you don't mind looking at it ^_^
here is the post

I too agree with the rotisserie chicken love. I have one probably 2 or 3 times a week, and like you remove the skin etc, and as it is pretty tasty already don't really need condiments for it, and I use the meat for meals throughout the day and the following day.

I think as long as the fatty skin isn't eaten and the excess oil dabbed off, its pretty clean. It is not processed, and it is naturally cooked, real meat.

If there are problems with it, I too would be keen to know them.

It's not awesome, but you seem to grasp what you're doing with it, so I think it's fine in this situation.

I marked that Shakeology question and I'll get on it shortly.
