Finished p90x on Thanksgiving Day
I actually wasn't aware that my 90 day journey was going to end exactly on Thanksgiving Day, but it sure made for a great reward once I finished. I guiltlessly ate two helpings of turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and rolls. I even had some gravy. Anyway, here are my pics. I plan to do a second round after I take about a week or two off, but I'm going to change it up a bit. I train at an MMA/jiu-jitsu gym twice a week, and it is some serious cardio. During this first round, I substituted yoga and my rest day with going to the gym, so this time around, I'll take it a little easier. I'm planning on doing only 2 resistance workouts a week (rotating them around), and just doing plyo and kempo for the cardio. My schedule will be something like this:

Day 1: Chest & Back
Day 2: Plyo
Day 3: Rest Day
Day 4: MMA/Jiu-jitsu
Day 5: Arms & Shoulders
Day 6: Kempo
Day 7: MMA/Jiu-jitsu

Anyway, here are my photos.

Great results! The best thing was being done on Thanksgiving! I took two weeks off between rounds and it was a nice break. I will be done with round 2 in 30 days and look forward to a break. Keep pressing play! Congrats!

Congratulations! Your pics look awesome. I've thought about doing jiu-jitsu, I think I'm going to start after my son's wrestling season. You don't have any idea about how many calories you burn in a session do you?

I don't, but I know it's got to be a ton. I recall two years ago when I first started, and I just about threw up every day that first week. I wrestled for 9 years, but jiu-jitsu is even more intense than wrestling. Or at least it was for me. Good luck, I think it will add even more to your workout if you decide to start.
