Sick for 2 weeks going into week 12
I'm not really sure what to do here guys. I'm on my first round of P90x and loving the results. My plan after I completed the program was to take maybe 2-3 months and do some heavy weight training with a lot of basic movements (deadlifts, Squats, bench, etc). Then start up another round of P90x.

Well I'm on week 2 of fighting off most likely something related to bronchitis and I'm not sure... Assuming I shake this thing by week 3 which would be in a few days if I should:

A. Go back and do week 12 + a recovery week and then proceed with the heavy weight training.

B. Just write if off as a loss, and proceed with heavy weights and another cycle of P90x in a few months.


Part of me wants to finish the 2 weeks to say that I've been through the whole program. But another part of me wonders what, if anything, doing week 12 and 13 will do for me after a 2 week layoff.

Thoughts appreciated.

Depending on how your timing shakes out, I'd think about repeating all of phase 3.
