I'm assuming you are talking about P90x?

If so, yes!

Don't you have the calendar which lists the workouts you do on a given day?

If you complete another month of phase 1, you will likely reach a plateau of progress, as your body begins to adapt to a workout once its been exposed to it. BB has said that extending a P90X phase to 6 weeks is the maximum time recommended because of plateaus. When you continue to complete the same order of workouts, your body/mind knows what to expect and will not be as challenged to the same sequence of workouts, as it previously was. The change in the sequencing of workouts is necessary to increase the intensity & variables (where muscle confusion comes into play, you adding in more resistance, reps ups the challenge to the body, as well), so that your body can progress into something better athletically & physically, than it was before.
