question.
question.

okay, so, my problem: i did p90x all the way through week 11. I had to stop bc i had moved into an apartment with my girlfriend. so, i'm starting the program all over.

last night, i started with chest and back again. i only did the first round of the program and the abs. tonight after school i'm coming home to do plyometrics.

my question is is if i keep eating healthy and i continue to stay active (even if I didn't finish the entire workout) will i be okay as for as getting results?

thank you. emoticon

I'd say that depends on what results you want/expect to get, exactly.

What are your goals?

Well I am very toned. I have the abs and everything. Mainly I just want to keep staying toned and staying healthy.

It's hard to say for sure. Obviously, you can't stay P90x fit if you don't do P90x level workouts, but you can stay perfectly healthy on less. If you need to slow down a little, that's fine. You might reach a point where you feel you've let yourself go too much. When that happens, it's time to do another full round.
