Hi There,

Im in the second last week of INSANITY and I keep injuring myself. I pulled a groin muscle, hurt my lower back and now I have sore knees. I do the workouts from begining to end including the streches. Im wondering why now, that Im in the best shape of my life do I keep pulling muscles and hear poping and crunching sounds coming from my knees?

During the first four weeks of INSANITY I had no injuries, wondering whats going on now?

Any help would be good.

Maybe you need some more stretching. Pause it during the stretch section of the video and do your own stretches until you feel comfortable and prepared for the insane workout that's to happen. Also, do some extra stretching even after the video is done. Have you tried taking a joint supplement. I just started taking some because I'm having some of the same problems. And like you, I had no problems the first month. Month 2 is definitely tougher, tougher on the body.
