p90X and running

I am a runner by background. I had recently had several hip and knee injuries and was advised to take a few months off and do p90x. I just completed the program and loved it!! I am now starting to train for a 1/2 marathon in May and want to know how to incorporate p90X into a 3-4 day/week running routine. I will do one long run (10miles) each week and 1-2 days of short running 4-5 miles. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Hey...

I've done p90X and running last round,,,,,,, untill knee injury...

However..... what i did is P90X in early AM, short run in PM...

And long run on 7th day (OFF DAy),,,

You can do that, but if you're serious about your marathon, you might want to hold off on P90x for now.
