Hello - Completed P90X. Nice results. Moving forward, I can only workout 4 days per week (1 hour/workout). Can someone recommend a P90X workout rotation that will maximize my results? Thanks

You can certainly maintain your results working out 4 times a week. I'm on my 5th round and there's been a few weeks that I was only able to get in 4 days. Here's what I did:

Your P90X program is structured in a way that leaves a day of cardio in between resistance workouts.

Every other day I did my workout... that way I was able to get in a rest day in between a fairly good session. On my workout days I combined a resistance workout (Legs/Back, or Shoulders/Arms) with 30 minutes of cardio afterwards. The cardio part can be up to you... do 30 minutes of Plyo, get on a treadmill, do some Kempo... anything to keep your heart rate up will usually do the trick. Of course my workouts were around 90 minutes long, but that really did the trick at 4 days a week.

The key is to be as flexible as you can while maintaining a resistance/cardio routine.
