you must have done some thing different , well are you doing the lean version or classic version, and are you sticking to the diet or following a separate routine.and at the end are you working out your mid section more like more of ab ripper x ..eagerly waiting
Hey there...No, I have to tell you I am doing nothing more than is being asked of us.
I am on the LEAN Program..and the only thing I can tell you that I do that not everyone does..is I do the Stretch X on my Rest Day.
I am a firm believer in the STRETCH. I always have been. As a dancer in the past, I know the beauty to Ballerina's elongated bodies...are the strecthing their muscles after that muscle is used. That is how they create strength and length.
With this program...there really isn't that opportunity..unless we stop the dvd..after every movement..LOL. which would be silly...So I do pause when we stretch at the end...and go longer on the strethes.
And that one hour of X-Stretch (on my Sundays)..is a blessing. Gets my body ready for the week.
I am on the Nutirtion Plan. Not doing the recipes out of the book..But tracking my Protein/Carb/Fat intake on www.livestrong.com under "My Plate"..I love this program, it is free, and it shows the %'s P90X requests right on my own colored Pie Chart.
Today is Day 1 of Phase 2.. 5th Week..So I move the Proteins and Carbs to equal levels..
I actually had a bowl of cereal this AM..for the 1st time in 30 days. Wow!
Keep up the good work. I read from the "focus/test group" that the woman saw their greatest and most obvious results between day 60-75. So it is working..we just have to be patient. I compare it to 9 months of pregnancy..this is only one trimester....this I can do..Not sure I could do a third pregnancy though! LOL
