Hey Xers -

We're working on an article about the ins and outs of doing P90x while serving in the armed forces and we're looking for a few good men (and women) to interview. If you have a good story or some wisdom that might help others in your boots, we'd love to hear from you.

If you're interested, I'll pass your info on to the writer so she can contact you. No need to post your contact details here on the boards. If you gave us an email address when you registered, we can use that.

I am in the Air Force. Currently deployed and doing P90X. It makes me happy to see so many P90Xers in the gym. I'd be happy to share some stories for an article.

I am an Emerald Coach Serving in Afghanistan. I have a P90X and Insanity group of fellow soldiers airmen and marines here. I did a P90X Afghanistan Music Video that is on page 3 of my TM BB Message Board. MSG Board name is Inertia: Bodies in Motion Stay in Motion. The video is also posted on my YOUTUBE under the name P90X Afghanistan.

Im in the Marine corps, in San Diego, and Active duty. I'd enjoy helping other service members get "X'd out" in any way I can. See you guys on the BEACH this summer, with my shirt off!!

I am in the Canadian Armed Forces, I'm a Sapper of the Canadian Military Combat Engineers and just started p90x and hope to be a great success, cuz I love challenge!

I am also in the Canadian Armed Forces. I am on my first phase of P90x. I am near the end of my military career and hope to quickly whip my body back into shape that I require as I am looking to move onto another career opertunity. As of July of this year I will have 22 years of service with many operational tours (my latest being Afghanistan). I hope that all of us here meet our objectives with P90x.

I am a Captain in the Army, now in the national guard, have a BS and MS in Exercise Physiology, and am a Personal trainer. I just purchased P90x and am going to give it a try. If you have any questions about military, Exercise science, diet, injury prevention, etc. I would be willing to answer.

Yes. Starting the program tomorrow. Trying to figure out how to fit it in with 2 hours of commuting and 10 hour days.

I am a Specialist in Army I just started the program and so far I feel the difference compared to our regular physical training programs this program should be included in military physical fitness training. I will share some experiences when they arise.

Much can be learned by the US military about P90X. The core strength improvements “WILL” reduce training injuries especially the lower back injuries that are common from rucking. The other is Time Management, saving at least an hour a day off of the traditional military fitness routine. P90X training philosophy will save the military millions of dollars in injury prevention and additional millions of dollars in time that is saved just in man hours to reach the same level of fitness. P90X slightly modified to include running and rucking specific exercises would totally revolutionize American military fitness.
