hello, I'm into my 6th day with P90X. I feel the burn, I follow the diet and I do the videos everyday. But it just feels like I get halfway threw a video and I'm wiped! I use the pause button and regroup myself but it just seems like thats it, I can do the rest of the video but not the best at all.

Also, some movements/stretches and exercise's I just cant do with good form/posture.

Is this normal for a beginner? or should I step back and follow another program? Im dedicated and want to succeed and I DONT give up on any video just because I can't do it, I just want to be a success story. Any advice or reassurance on if I can be one? Thanks!

We are on week three and it gets better, the Yoga one was hard but we can now do some of the moves we could not before. I still can't do a pull up without the chair and still doing "girl" push ups but my form has gotten a lot better. My husband couldn't do any of the ab workouts without getting a cramp at first and that too has stopped.

Just keep at it, work on form and not reps. It'll come. Have fun with it, especially Kempo it's a blast.

Thank you very much. It really seems like I am terrible at it. But I guess I am just used to weight training at the gym, and dont worry about your 'girl' pull ups, I use the chair too! Good luck with it

Patricknjuliem is right, Dont give up. Its a totally different workout then what 99% of the people are used too. That muscle confusion does a hell of a job and Tony makes sure to push the body to the limits. But thats the only way we see change. Dont worry about keeping up, those people on the DVDs have been doing it longer than 90 days TRUST ME. The more you do it the easier the stretches will come. Like he said "rome wasnt built in a day and either was our body". If your continuing and pushing play your doing great!! Dont get discouraged, just think everytime you finish a workout you succeed!
