As long as you can get her off that couch to do something first - that's great!
Things for you to do:
When she's doing a workout with you, remember lots of encouragement! Like "honey! You're kicking BUTT!"
As she gets confidence, and starts seeing small changes from "moving", she will start getting interested in the other workouts.
Sometimes people feel, their bodies are soooo far beyond repair that they get discouraged that's its going to be too much work, and then they don't even try.
So do what works...with tons of encouragement. If she says something like "I can't do that", say sure you can, cause I know your strong "in that area...lets try it for the hell of it".
