If you look at the bottom of your calendar, you can see how to implement Max Interval Sports and Insane Abs (Max Interval Sports replaces Core Cardio and Balance of month two, while Insane Abs replaces Cardio Abs of month two)
As for Upper Body Weight Training, there is no official guide, however, Shaun has mentioned doing it twice a week, on your rest day (Sunday) and on your recovery day (Thursday).
