INSANITY RESULTS FOR LEGS??

I have been looking at everyone's results and they are all amazing. However, there is so much emphasis on the upper body. I'm curious to know if the results are dramatic on the lower body as they are on the lower body? I'm about to start insanity.

I'm on my 5th day and out of all the different muscles I've been working, I definetly feel it the most in my calves. It almost hurts to walk, even. I've been jumping using my toes, and landing using my toes, so that probably has a lot to do with it.

I had great results in the legs.

First, I have quad definition for the first time in more than 10 years (maybe longer). Second, the first time I went skiing after a month of Insanity, was the first time I had gone skiing in years when my legs weren't a factor in the day. No burn, no pain, no endurance issues. I could enjoy the ride and not worry about my legs giving out.

Massive difference.

I am halfway through my second month and there has been a huge differance in my legs. Not only have I lost a few inches off them but I have muscles in places I didnt know I could have them... I have gone from hating lower body excercises to living for squats emoticon. Im never going to give up my insanity!!!!!

If you want bulky legs you may or may not get it from insanity. It really depends on how big your talking and how big you are. Insanity will make your legs proportioned to your body. I am a big guy so my legs are getting bigger come cause I am squatting more weight and pushing more weight off the ground.

For me, I sometimes feel the program is geared towards legs! It’s a great program, and the cardio is insane; pardon the pun. However, your legs take a beating and don’t so much gain in size as get “solid”.
I lift three days a week; changing to two soon, anyway, but where I notice the INSANITY program helping is in getting ripped. Not to mention, the cardio workout helps melt away that stubborn fat in all those nooks and crannies.

Thank you everyone for the responses. I just needed to know that insanity would make a difference in the lower body. I just finished my 1st week and after reading everyone's responses, i have decided to continue with insanity. As for bulking, i will add p90x.
