Hi,
I've been searching the posts and keep reading references to a Chalean Extreme/Insanity Hybrid posted by Mike French I believe. I am looking to do a hybrid of these two programs but can't seem to find this schedule. My thoughts were to just replace Chalean's cardio with Insanity. But, I wanted to see how someone else has done or is doing it. Could someone share this if they have it? Thanks!!!

I am on Round 1, Week 2, Day 6 of Insanity. I love it! I too am interested in the Chalene Extreme/Insanity Hybrid. I happened across Mike & Tami's schedule and saved it. Here you go...

Good Luck! I will be doing some version of this for Round 2. (I don't have some of the yoga workouts, so I'll be substituting something else in)

Ok...I'm a little late replying. Didn't realize I had gotten a response to this post until I went Googling Insanity/Chalean Extreme hybrid. I am almost done Insanity and want to do again but mix wih Chalean Extreme. So thank you, thank you for the great schedule. Can't wait to do it!!! I absolutely love Insanity!!! And I love Chalean Extreme as well. But, now that I've done Insanity's cardio I don't think I can go back to the cardio on Chalean. I don't have P90x either so I will have to replace those workouts with the recovery workouts possibly. Thanks again!

I just started this hybrid this week, did the Insanity upper body workout and disliked it...I found it to be boring. I guess I favor CLX's way to lift weights. What can I sub in place of this workout?

Thank You for this schedule! I've completed both workouts before and wanted to combine them. Perfect solution! Can't wait to see how this hybrid will help me lose weight and tone up:o)
