Shakeology on Weight Watchers
Dont know if this has come up before, I am now in week 5 of Insanity, seen some good results, losing about 8 pounds and almost 4 inches on my waist. I have been following my Weight Watchers meal plan, which I have been on for a few months. I am considering getting Shakeology to suplement my breakfast meal, but since I am calculating points everyday, curious as to what the breakdown is for Calories/Fat/Fiber for one serving.

Thanks for your help!

Hi, I am a lifetime ww member and incorporate shakeology (both flavors) into my daily meals. They are 2 points. Figure out what you typically eat in the morning and start building your meal with 2 points for shakeology and then add more to reach your breakfast point goal. How many points are you targeting in a day? Are you eating your exercise points. Remember with INSANITY you need more fuel to burn! How long have you been on WW?

Excited to find out more about your weightloss/fitness journey!

Right now I am at 34 points per day. I have been on WW for about 8 months. I started at 238 and got down to about 224 in about 3 months, but then slowly strayed off path. When I started back up on WW in Feb., I also started INSANITY and I was at 237.

Disapointed to be back to square one, but so far, results have been great. I am now in Week 6 and I am back down to 228 and Ive lost over 3" on my waist alone and close to 12" throughout my body.

I have not been eating my excercise points. I have been sticking with just my alloted points per day. Even though I am burning alot with INSANITY, I havent feel the need to really increase my calories, should I?

I have been doing p90x for about 24 days. I have been trying to do a combination of ww points and protein distribution recommended by p90x. Having a hard time staying at 18pts a day. I average more like 22 points (with subtraction for points booster). I am 5'5 1/2, 136lbs, body fat about 22.9. my weight has moved between 140-134 in the last 3 weeks. Not really losing anything. Feel stronger dont know if I really look all that different. Can't quite figure out a diet strategy that works.

Also, I'm very disciplined about exercise. Less so about food -- best to control food based on what I allow in the house - chocolate big weakness for me. got chocolate shakeology - sometimes Im tempted to have it twice a day! I wonder how bad this is in terms of points and also all the supplements it has. Don't think the meal replacement thing works for me.

Is it okay to have more the recommended amount of shakeology? how can I get my points down to 18 without being miserable? They add up so fast!
