Shakeology & feeling sick
Shakeology & feeling sick

I have a customer who has felt bloated & sick the two times she has had her Shakeology. I told her to 1/2 the shake to see what happens. Maybe even try every other day. Has this happened to others & what advice should I give her? She has IBS so we thought this would be a great product for heremoticon Stillofo - would just like some help to know what to suggest.) She's ready to send it back...

It just doesn't agree with some people. Having her ease into it as you suggested is your best bet, otherwise, we have a really good return policy.

I tried Shakeology today and have an upset stomach and headache! I believe I will take advantage of the return policy!

I have a customer who has Crohn's disease. She powered through the upset stomach, mild gas, and bloating and now SWEARS by it! She encourages people to give it a week to see if it settles down. I would also recommend trying what I suggested in my previous post if it is really painful for you.
It is worth experimenting with it considering you have up to 30 days to give it a try.
Good luck!

Hey guys! This is an old thread but I just wanted to share with you all: I DO face the same problem but when I drink a lot of water, it all goes away. I think it's because shakeology's effect is so intense and rapid that your body takes time to process it? I don't know. All I know is that your body needs water after and before it to avoid such a pain.

Thanks for the suggestion. I am hoping she will try it again once Tropical is released. I have experienced several people who have trouble with the chocolate and stomach issues. When I share the Tropical with her, I'll for sure tell her about the water!!
