I'm just at week 3 of my second round of Insanity ~ it's going SO well. I love the strength and power I have gained.. my weight is down to it's lowest point in many years.. and my body, just feels great overall. This is a really hard workout, but as with all things ~ the good things don't come easy!
Here is my before:
Keep at it everyone - I know you can hit a wall midway through, but it's really worth it to see this through to the end... I can't tell you how much better I feel overall health-wise. I can do things now that I wouldn't have even dreamed of before.
