I have a potential Shakeology customer who wants to know before she places an order.....I looked on the package and didn't see any info relating to this and just want to be sure. Thanks!!

In case you haven't gotten an answer yet, YES - Shakeology is gluten-free. It should show this statement at the bottom of the nutritional and ingredient list on the package.

I started on Shakeology immediately after being dx gluten intolerante in Nov 09. It is Gluten Free and says it on the packaging. I love the chocolate and mix it with unsweetened almond milk and fruit. this was the perfect solution for me when i was so unsure of what i was going to have to adjust in my diet. I feel in love with it and it really made me feel so much better. I think the probiotics are actually helping heal some of the damage that the gluten had done all those years pre dx.
R u celiac or Gluten Intolerant? Many people in my family are using it and have noticed great improvement in their digestive health. I could send you samples of the 2 flavors if you want just message me directly. I think you wil love it!

Hi Karen,
I have noticed in other posts something might have changed with shakeology. I'd like to order it, but want to make sure it is indeed GF as I not able to tolerate gluten. Finding GF food in Mexico isn't that easy emoticon Thank you!

While the ingredients listed in Shakeology are gluten-free, in the Allergy Information section at the bottom of the package, it does state "Contains milk. This product is manufactured in a plant that also processes soy, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, and wheat (gluten) ingredients".

While someone with a mild sensitivity to gluten may be okay with this, to be truly GF there should be no potential cross-contamination.
