I cannot answer all of your questions, but I can say that as of the filming of Asylum Shaun has 4.7% bf

In one of the Hip Hop Abs Dance Cardio workouts, Shaun had said that he was 200 lbs. And he looks just as fit (muscular) as he does in the Insanity workouts, but I'm not sure what his weight is now. If his body fat is that low for the Asylum series, then he likely dropped some weight, too. Shaun host chats for the TBB members (free and for paid club members), you should check out the listing for the chats. Maybe you can ask him some of these questions, at a chat. Or post this question for the BB Fitness staff, over at the "Fitness" board, as they might know, or can ask Shaun for his stats & regimen.

I actually got to meet Shaun T last saturday. He did an all day Insanity "camp" in Denver. We worked out in the morning (way harder than a Max workout!) and then did a "Recovery" workout in the afternoon that was very difficult and had some of the new moves from Asylum (beware).

Shaun did a Q&A for quite a while and spoke about his own nutrition (he eats seven times a day and doesn't take any supplements) and workouts.

Having gotten my picture with him and chatting with him for quite a while (what a nice, sincere, unassuming, unpretentious person) I would say he is 6 feet or maybe 6'1".

He told us he had lost weight and isn't as bulky as he was for the original Insanity, especially through the shoulders and chest. His abs are off the hook. Something to aspire to.

If he does a camp anywhere within a thousand miles of you GO!!! It was a highlight of my life.

I am pretty sure I was the oldest person there (61) and I held my own. I told Shaun T i had just completed my third full cycle of Insanity. He said I was an inspiration to him!! Pretty cool.

Congrats on taking part in the Meet Shaun T in Denver. Glad you got a small preview of Insanity

Hi marc- sounds like you had an awesome experience at that Insanity camp, and thanks for sharing the info. on Shaun T. I wondered if Shaun used supplements, it's amazing that just training & food alone has created that body of his (he always looks amazingly fit). I agree that you are inspiring, you definitely look much younger than your actual age, and you are physically in better shaper than many young people in this country. Keep up the good work!

thanks Cardiomama. I appreciate it. I'm just a random guy trying to stay fit.

I am on week one of a repeat of the max month although for variety I am doing the Max Interval Sports Training DVD from the deluxe package and Fast and Furious which is a twenty minute workout.

I just got the F&F last week and did it for the first time this morning. It is as the name suggests, but is a good alternative if you are short on time but don't want to totally flake out.

On the jacket of the DVD it says if you are really crazy to do it AFTER you do Max Interval Curcuit. Maybe some day I will be crazy enough to try it.

I believe Shaun T is doing a "camp" in Hawaii in late March. That is when my birthday is, so maybe I will treat myself and go!!!

By the way Shaun T has a website called www.shauntfitness.com. It has a bunch of info on him and his appearance schedule.

That picture is awesome! Did Shaun say when Asylum would be out? I've heard so many different dates, but a coach on facebook says they are trying for November.

Shaun T said beachbody told him January, 2011, but he also said Beachbody sometimes is tardy.

I am hoping for the January date. That leaves essentially only two months or so.

That would be cool.

Hi marc- I checked out Shaun's site, but he's not offering a Shaun T camp on the West coast (Cali) yet. I'm going to keep checking, that would be really cool to take some classes led by him. I'm not going to buy the F & F workout (I've heard it's great though), just planning to wait for the Asylum program to be released. I wish that BB would provide more details on the Asylum program, there really hasn't been much information posted about it. But it looks like a more balanced program, not just cardio-focused w/ the pull-ups, weighted & cardio exercises, from the pictures that were posted here.
