Hello everyone, just wondering how I can go about losing that lower back fat (right above the waist)...I'm on week 7 of p90x...I've lost some weight, but I really am having troubles it seems with losing that lower back fat. I have stayed on the "fat shredder" phase since day 1, and I put out all the time during p90x workouts, doesn't seem like I need the extra carbs for the phase 2 diet...(maybe this is my problem with losing that fat?)

I am 5'11, weight 176 lbs, 20 yr old male.

This is what my usual diet looks like:

I usually eat 6 times a day


Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

You can not spot reduce fat loss. Everybody carries their weight a little differently, and it sounds like you carry it around your waist. The only way to get rid of the lower back fat would be to continue working out and eating right. This will help reduce your overall body fat percentage which would lead to losing the lower back fat.
