I watched the video which explains how to attach the resistance band on the door using the strap on the middle hinge. I do not have a middle hing to my door. Which hinge- top or bottom- would be the best to use since I have no middle hinge on my door?
I have the same problem! I tried hooking it up high and low but it feels bad for my shoulders so I just did a different workout instead. Kind of bummed because I really want to do the second disc of workouts and I don't know what to do to get my money's worth!
